Hello; just a new account here, and I saw this picture and I thought I'd give some critique. 
Overall, the piece itself is quite cute, simple but effective and although this might seem a minor compliment, I like the way you drew the hands and the gloves, with the lined detail, due to the fact that drawing hands can be hard for some artists (like myself. XD) and I like the detail on the jacket and the belt, you can tell its 3D on its own.
However, I would like to give some critique. First off, I feel like the legs are a little long, though I haven't read her bio so it might just be because she's tall, but I just wanted to note that out. Also, I think there could have been more shading on parts such as the skin or the hair, or perhaps a shadow from the heels and the hair and jacket.
Although it isn't required, I'd recommend adding a background. I know, I know, it's hard at first and it can feel a bit scary but once you do it you'll feel quite proud of yourself. ^_^
